Eugene Chang is a registered architect and the founder of Chang Design, with years of hands on experience designing and delivering custom homes, landscapes, and outdoor living spaces throughout Southern California. A South Bay native, he brings a deep understanding of the area and a genuine curiosity about the people and lives within it.

He is known for a collaborative, relationship centered approach and clear communication throughout the design process. Naturally curious and artistically driven, he draws and paints, skills that continue to shape how he sees form, proportion, and detail. His work is thoughtful, functional, and shaped closely with each client from first idea to final plan.

Chang Design is based out of a studio in Redondo Beach, just minutes from the neighborhoods and clients they serve. The studio runs as a small, close knit team, and Eugene believes the same care he puts into client relationships belongs inside the studio too.

More than anything, he values the trust of his clients and sees strong relationships as the most important part of the work.
